An excellent teacher who is passionate about learning and has strong subject knowledge;
A keen advocate for the importance of English education as part of the curriculum; 
Have a high level of teaching experience and delivery of results, or are an Early Career Teacher (ECT) looking for their first position;

Able to motivate and inspire students and staff to achieve their full potential;
