Job Summary: Strood Academy is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Teacher of Spanish to join our vibrant Modern Foreign Languages department.

Strood Academy is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Teacher of Spanish to join our vibrant Modern Foreign Languages department. We are looking for a skilled educator who is passionate about fostering a love for the Spanish language and culture, helping students excel from Key Stage 3 through to Key Stage 4, with opportunities to teach Key Stage 5.

Your Role:

Deliver engaging and inspiring Spanish lessons that ignite students’ curiosity and passion for learning.
Cater for the diverse needs and abilities of students, ensuring lessons are accessible and challenging for all.
Track and assess student progress, providing timely feedback to support continuous improvement.
Contribute to the development of a creative and innovative MFL curriculum.
Encourage students’ participation in extracurricular activities such as language clubs, international trips, or cultural events.
What We’re Looking For:

A qualified teacher (QTS or equivalent) with expertise in teaching Spanish.
A strong communicator with a passion for the Spanish language and the ability to inspire learners.
A commitment to delivering outstanding lessons and promoting language learning in a modern context.
Someone who enjoys working collaboratively within a team and contributing to the wider school community.
Dedication to ongoing professional development and continuous improvement.
This is a full-time, permanent role offering MPS/UPS based on experience.
